Small IUDs vary between 1 Inch to under 1.5 Inches in length; Larger IUDs vary between over 1.5 Inches to 2 Inches in length. Each IUD comes with a small 16 inch chain (925) in a small black velvet jewelry box for storage and safe keeping.
